Before you call — 2-minute checks
1. Check the air filter — a clogged filter is the #1 cause of poor cooling
2. Check the breaker for the outdoor unit
3. Make sure the thermostat is on Cool and set below room temperature
4. Look at the outdoor unit — is the fan spinning? Ice on the lines?
