How I handle scheduling
I book installs and service by appointment and keep regular hours, Monday through Saturday. TJM is a one-person shop, so I do not run 24/7 emergency service. If you have no heat in the middle of the night, your utility or a 24-hour line can help right away. For everything else, send a message here or call and I will get back to you fast.
