Meet Tanner, the owner who does the work
I'm Tanner. TJM Climate Control is my shop, and when you call it, you get me. I measure your space, run every line, and answer the phone after the job is done.
I came up in this trade young and went all in. I trained at NETR in North Andover, on the residential and the commercial side, learning ductless heat pumps, furnaces, and central air from people who install them all day. Then I opened my own shop here in Kingston.
Five-plus years of hands-on work later, I still run every job myself. You get the licensed owner on your jobsite, from the first measurement to the final test, instead of a rotating crew dispatched off an 800 number. I show up, I do the work, and I stand behind it.
I am licensed and insured in New Hampshire for gas and refrigeration work, and I have not had a single callback on an install yet. Every line gets measured, every bend gets made clean, and I test the system before I leave. That is the standard on the first day and on the hundredth.
What I am here to do
My job is simple. Show up when I say I will, do the work right the first time, and quote you honestly so you know the number before I start. I treat your home like my own, because the name on the truck is mine.
